Ramcen needs to redeem himself to save his life after failing his assignment. Angry and frustrated, he finds that he must now be subordinate to his former partner, Confusion. Together they plan how to wreak havoc on Carmen and her friends and take the ultimate final revenge of murder. Meanwhile, Carmen finds that destiny leads her to a partner in her fight and even as Ramcen and Confusion spin their deadly web, Carmen and her new ally are given a weapon with which to fight.
