Pollo A La Brasa is not only the best Peruvian-style chicken spot in Koreatown, it’s one of the best places to eat in the entire neighborhood. The line of hungry folks that stretches out onto Western is proof of that, as is the huge glass wall in the kitchen, where you can watch hundreds of golden chickens slowly roasting on spits. A quarter bird is $7.50 with fries and a salad, and it’s every bit as salty and juicy as you want a rotisserie-style chicken to be. You may have to borrow a bottle of aji sauce from the table next to you, but this is what you should be covering your chicken in anyway.
