We are not responsible for any packages after they have been marked "Delivered" by USPS. Please keep track of your delivery day to know when your package will be arriving. Please contact me so I can guide you on what steps to take in order to attempt to recover your package.

Domestic shipping via USPS usually takes about one week. However, exact times during which you can expect to receive your order should be checked through the shipping carrier's website, using your tracking number to do so. Once package is in USPS possession we are not responsible for any delays, please place you order in a timely manner.

If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. If item is still in processing with USPS please contact me so I can assist you.

Please message me as soon as possible to fix the error. Names and dates are copied and pasted on to sticker. Once item is shipped it can no longer be changed, I am not responsible for any errors
