El PerĆŗ como Estado-naciĆ³n, por cerca de doscientos aƱos de vida republicana, marcha asido a la fĆ©rula de un sistema polĆtico, histĆ³ricamente injusto, corrupto, sectario y descontextualizado de su realidad; causa principal que-si no se rectifica oportunamente-, conducirĆ” a la sociedad peruana, hacia un vĆ³rtice mayor del que la historia hasta hoy muestra. En el presente ensayo, el autor, analiza dos perĆodos gubernativos de la historia polĆtica del PerĆŗ, que corresponden: al del ex Presidente de la RepĆŗblica, Alberto Kenya Fujimori Fujimori, o la "dĆ©cada de la ignominia": 1990-2001, en el que se cometieron insondables hechos criminales probados; y, al perĆodo de la transiciĆ³n democrĆ”tica: 2002-2016. Esta pesquisa, demuestra la inviabilidad del actual sistema democrĆ”tico en cuanto resultado y emblema de la creaciĆ³n polĆtica de una Ć©lite social criolla, que inconsultamente universaliza sus intereses y, a travĆ©s de sus poderes fĆ”cticos, impone tales referentes a una sociedad mayoritaria sin recursos: poblaciones originarias, mestizas y criollas empobrecidas, que secuestradas en sus derechos polĆticos, perviven y sustentan a una naciĆ³n distinta a la suya; coactadas de su autonomĆa y libertad polĆtica, se constituyen en sĆŗbditos de la democracia imperfecta, obligados sĆ³lo a elegir, mĆ”s no a ser elegidos. Contraria a toda lĆ³gica democrĆ”tica, los poderes fĆ”cticos, enquistados en las estructuras del Estado, amparados en un ordenamiento legal interesado de los proceso polĆticos, que legitiman vicios, trampas y promueven la presiĆ³n absoluta del poder econĆ³mico en los: procesos electorales, decisiones jurisdiccionales, decisiones legislativas y, monopolizan el poder de los medios de comunicaciĆ³n e informaciĆ³n; orientan la opiniĆ³n nacional con dilemas falaces para legitimar y consensuar una forma delincuencial de gobierno. Consecuentemente, el sistema actual, entrampa el desarrollo y progreso unitario de la sociedad peruana. Finalmente, lo dicho aquĆ, es un anĆ”lisis, mĆ”s no una soluciĆ³n y apenas resulta el resumen apretado de cuanto contiene este ensayo. Como esto es asĆ, corresponde a su amplio criterio, seguir el curso de la lectura; de ser el caso, formarse una opiniĆ³n sobre la validez del actual sistema polĆtico nacional, como motor del desarrollo, progreso y bienestar unitario del PerĆŗ diverso.
