The item was not the item in the description or in the picture. What we received was a similar item, in the wrong size, sent via Amazon. It arrived the last day of the estimated window. There had been no tracking information provided, until it was actually delivered - showing it shipped after it was received. The response to requests for information, refund, etc. was very slow. We ultimately involved ebay customer support to get our refund - and then the seller responds that we were refunded.
