I received a totally different item ($16.) than what I ordered and paid for ($45.) I have emailed twice with the seller and he has called me a liar and refused to do anything to make this right. I got a breast milk storage system rather than a Brita filter!! I have bought and sold with ebay for over 20 years but I have had two bad experiences in just the last few months and I have gotten no satisfaction on either item. I am done with ebay. Amazon returns are so easy.
