Warranty Information
Warranty Duration: The warranty lasts for 30 days from the moment the customer receives their PC, as determined by the tracking information from the shipping courier. All original components in the system are covered during this period.
No Charges for Labor or Phone Support: You will not incur any charges for labor in repairs or for phone support for the entire lifespan of your system.
Shipping Costs: During the initial 30-day warranty period, we cover the ground shipping costs within the United States for any hardware issues under warranty. After this period, customers are responsible for ground shipping costs related to repairs or replacements. This policy does not apply to orders shipped overseas, where customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Virtual and Remote Diagnostics: To resolve issues remotely, we utilize virtual on-site and remote diagnostic software whenever possible.
Manufacturer's Warranty: Post the SIKPCS LLC warranty period, individual components may still be under the manufacturer's warranty. We assist in connecting you with manufacturers for warranty coverage, even for independent repairs.
Limitations and Exclusions: SIKPCS LLC is not responsible for damages from internal/external equipment, shorted connections, or components not installed or acquired from SIKPCS LLC. No responsibility is taken for component or data loss under normal or abnormal use, or if an item's serial number does not match the original sale. Beyond the initial 30 days, shipping costs for an RMA are the customer's responsibility. The warranty excludes damages or defects from shipping (after the original shipment), improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair, or wear and tear.
Extended Warranty Options: The 30-day warranty can be extended to 1, 2, or 3 years by purchasing an extended warranty at the time of PC purchase or any time within the original 30-day period.
