Q:
Do they have delivery service?
A:
Not their own delivery service, that I'm aware of. However, you might be able to use Uber Eats or Postmates.

Great Food !
Calling 30 minutes ahead doesn't decrease your wait time as per they won't prepare your order until after you get there and wait 15 - 30 minutes in line to pick up or make an order at which time they will then start to prepare it !!!
Complete waste of time regardless if it's during the lunch rush hour, later in theday or night !!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Josh P.Monterey Park, CA833717Mar 16, 2024
Once upon a time the chicken here was cheap and delicious, smoky and juicy. Fast forward to post renovation status in 2024 and the chicken is no longer inexpensive, the wait is long, most unfortunately the chicken is not as smoky and juicy as it once was. I'd give it 3.5 stars and am rounding up to 4 to be generous.
Parking sucks too.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 11, 2024
Pollo A La Brasa - Western (est: 1988) is considered the top Peruvian spot for rotisserie chicken.
The wood-fire roast chicken is GREAT! It's just that if you are NOT walking distance or live in the area where you Uber or Grubhub/Doordash it ; the PARKING situation proves impossible to eat here. Try it yourself and see.
GOOD NEWS: they have location in Gardena, CA!
*Pro tip* the owner suggested "STREET" parking instead of their tiny 5 car maximum lot. If you park in the private front lot, you most likely will be "blocked in" when leaving; you will. And backing up in "reverse" onto 8th street speeding heavy traffic is NOT fun.... Not to mention street/residential parking is impossible!
My suggestion? Bring a friend/spouse/ anybody that can drive to circle the block or find a nearby business parking lot and buy something small there so you can park- then walk to Pollo A La Brasa- Western.
Every celebrity chef in town and Food Network star "Marcus Samuelsson", LOVES it here. Ok great, but my question is where the "expletive" do they park?
Anyhow, the food is VERY good and inexpensive . Expect a 30 to 60 wait time. Boss lady that's loud is cool and workers are busy af - tip well and they will hook you up with essentials without asking (By the way, their Green Sauce is very Spicy; spicier then most Peruvian places I been to).You will smell like SMOKY Chicken after leaving! The Place is tiny. If you must dine-in, there are probably like 5 or 6 tables available.
Personally, I won't revisit as often as I like too, due to parking issues. However, if parking isn't an issue for you then this place is sincerely great.
Cash and Credit accepted.
Parking: Forget about it.Helpful 25Thanks 10Love this 23Oh no 1 - Dec 6, 2023
Decided to stop by here to get some rotisserie chicken with rice and salad.
There is something about the rice that was made it really delicious and flavorful - almost garlicky!
The rotisserie chicken was okay, mostly because the pieces I got did not have much meat in them.
Their sauces are good and the green one is spicy so be careful.
They have a parking lot but it can get pretty packed.
I would go back if I'm in the area and looking for something healthy-ish.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Dec 6, 2023
A staple in koreatown Los Angeles! Straight and simple to the point! This place has the best chicken in town! I usually get half chicken with fries and rice! And stock up on the green sauce (aji sauce) it makes everything taste so much better!
Parking is sparse, but they have a small parking lot.
It's a family run business and happy for them to be still in business after all these years!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 1 - 788103Feb 24, 2024
I had this brought over by a friend for an evening in. We had a whole rotisserie chicken and fries with a side salad. The sauce was incredible! I think they get really busy on the weekends. They called in the order and had to wait a few minutes before our order was ready but it was worth the wait.
The chicken was really juicy and flavorful and the sauce was just spicy enough to take it to the next level. It was gone before I could even get a pictureHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brosi M.Los Angeles, CA84252Apr 10, 2024

Catered a lunch for 40 folks today in the office. I was completely swamped with work and only had 24 hrs to find catering for the event. They were totally fine with my order of 10 chickens for the next day. The meal was chicken, french fries and salad. The family meal is $30x10= $300+ tax=$330. People were very surprised, happy, and satisfied. They could stop talking about how delicious the chicken was. Then my Latino colleagues gush over the aji sauce omg they were using it like salad dressing on their chicken. Out of the 2 containers we only had 1/2 container left which my Latina colleague took home to share with her mom. Been coming here for over 10 years and should have written a review much earlier but this catering put them in "awesome" status. So glad I work in the city.

Amazing! Fantastic and Jonathan Gold (RIP) loved this place.
Pollo a la Brasa! You can smell the smoky ovens a block or two away. I wish you all could smell how delicious PALB is! As far as I'm aware, this establishment does not subscribe to third-party apps, it is old skool, mom n' pop. So get in your car and drive over to the teeny parking lot in front and order at the counter. You can also call ahead *if* they answer the phone. Se habla español - with amazing service.
Get the pollo, the rice (with veggies mixed in - my favorite), the black beans will last for days with the frites and salad. Delish! Great for a solo meal or a family gathering, Pollo a La Brasa doesn't disappoint.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 1 - Nov 20, 20233 check-ins
PROS:
- Great chicken and DO try their rib eye.
- The owner is very friendly and cordial.
- They're grilling fresh chicken in a fire pit all day.
- The prices are decent for the quality and quantity of food you get.
CONS:
- The parking lot is the size of a booger, and there's not much street parking around the area either.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1
