Abstract

Ornaments for revolving in response to the wind, and more particularly a spiral seat is taken as the main body thereof are disclosed. A sphere is pivotally disposed inside the spiral seat. A windmill is pivotally assembled at a proper location on or below the spiral seat. A hanging seat is pivotally assembled on the top of the spiral seat for hanging as ornaments.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The invention relates to ornaments for revolving in response to the wind, and more particularly, to ornaments suitable for hanging in a house or a shop, and when the wind (light or strong) blows the ornaments, the ornaments and the accessories pivotally assembled thereon will revolve elegantly or rise and fall, to achieve the effect of dynamic viewing and setting off by contrast the indoor visual aesthetic feelings.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • In a house or a shop, ornaments that hang and interact with the airflow to present visual effects are nothing more than common various wind bells, windmills, decorating rag dolls or so. These common decorations hanging indoor (usually in the window, at door or hallway) present simple and regular effects when blew by the airflow, for example, wind bells produce clear and melodious beating, windmills revolve regularly, and decorating rag dolls shake or revolve. The visual effect of these ornaments is dull and helpless to the aesthetic feeling of the location of hanging these ornaments, and thus there is much room for improvement.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In consideration of the situation that the effect of above-mentioned conventional hanging ornaments is not ideal, the inventor of the present invention gathers his rich experiences in research, production and selling of various gifts and ornaments, to research and improve them. After the researching process of designing, manufacturing and correction, and proven by samples which are manufactured and working well, ornaments for revolving in response to the wind are developed successfully, which use a spiral seat, a sphere, a windmill and a hanging seat pivotally assembled, to interact well with the airflow and form visual aesthetic feelings as well as raise the presentation effect thereof and set off by contrast the aesthetic feeling of location for hanging them.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view showing a preferred embodiment according to the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the windmill pivotally assembled below the spiral seat in a preferred embodiment according to the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing the shaft windmill pivotally assembled in a preferred embodiment according to the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Structure and effect of the present invention will become apparent in the following detailed description of the preferred embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, the preferred embodiment of ornaments for revolving in response to the wind according to the present invention uses a spiral seat 10 as the main body, and the spiral seat 10 can be of a shuttle shape, an inverted cone shape or other proper shapes. Shaft 11 and 12 are vertically extended and disposed separately on and below the spiral seat 10. A sphere 20 is pivotally disposed inside the spiral seat 10. The sphere 20 can enter and exit through an opening (the opening on the top as shown in the present preferred embodiment) of the spiral seat 10. When the sphere 20 is disposed inside the spiral seat 10, it is fixed stably at the location of smaller diameter of the spiral seat 10. A windmill 30 assembled by a plurality of blades is pivotally assembled at the shaft 11 on the spiral seat 10. The windmill 30 can revolve freely together with the shaft 11. A hanging seat 40 is pivotally assembled on the top of the shaft 11, and the hanging seat 40 interacts with the shaft 11 in a pivotally revolving manner. The whole assembly in the present invention can be hung at a proper location in a house or a shop by passing through and attaching the hanging seat 40 with a rope or a chain.
  • Accordingly, the appearance and shape of the present invention are unconventional to the common hanging ornaments (such as wind bells and windmills) and presenting stereo and vivid aesthetic feelings, and presenting nice visual effects even in static. When blew by the airflow, the windmill 30 pivotally assembled in the present invention interacts with the airflow and revolves smoothly, and drives the spiral seat 10 (together with the sphere 20 inside) to revolve smoothly. By the unique rising and falling dynamic effect of the outline when spirally rotating and the visual effect of displacing of the sphere 20 disposed inside (actually not displacing, but revolving together with the spiral seat 10 at the original location), the visual effect of smooth rising and failing of the sphere 20 is achieved (the clockwise or counterclockwise revolving of the spiral seat 10 results in the visual effect of rising or falling of the spiral line). The whole assembly presents vivid and dynamic aesthetic feelings, and the effect of viewing or setting off by contrast is nice.
  • In addition, what is deserved to be mentioned is that the ornaments assembled by the basic components of the present invention: the spiral seat 10, the sphere 20, the windmill 30 and the hanging seat 40, can vary in shapes, numbers or locations according to designed purposes. As shown in FIG. 2, the windmill 30 can be pivotally disposed on the shaft 12 below the spiral seat 10. Or as shown in FIG. 3, the shape of the windmill can be changed to a shaft windmill 31 to achieve different appearances of the present invention, as well as achieving the smooth revolving of the windmill and the rising and falling dynamic effect as a sphere. Thus, this invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiment but is intended to cover various arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the broadest interpretation and equivalent arrangements.
  • In conclusion, the present invention uses a brand-new structure to break through the conventional structure of hanging ornaments with more stereo aesthetic feelings and dynamic vivid visual effects, and satisfy the requirements of applicability, novelty and inventiveness to be filed as a patent. Your favorable consideration will be appreciated.
