Abstract

Es wird ein Schaufelblatt 6 für Strömungsmaschinen angegeben, deren Profilschnitte P zur Anpassung an die radial veränderlichen Strömungswinkel und -zustände unterschiedlich ausgebildet sind, angegeben. Aufgabe ist es, durch eine entsprechende Schaufelgestaltung die durch die Sekundärströmung bedingten Schaufelverluste zu reduzieren. Hierzu wird vorgeschlagen, die randnahen Profilschnitte PR durch Vergrößerung des Vorderkantenradiuses RN, des Keilwinkels γN und/oder der absoluten Profildicke d mit einer strömungsmechanisch gestalteten Aufdickung 11 zu versehen. Durch die Aufdikung 11 des Schaufelblattes 6 im saug- und druckseitigen Bereich wird die Intensität und räumliche Lage des Sekundärwirbels geändert, was schließlich zur Verbesserung des Stufenwirkungsgrades führt. Vorteilhafte Anwendungsfälle sind Stator- und Rotorbeschaufelungen von Verdichtem, Turbinen, Gebläsen und Pumpen.
