Abstract

为减小风力涡轮转子的转子叶片转动时所产生 的噪音,将每一叶片后缘做成不规则形状。特别是做 成锯齿形状,其顶角小于150°,最好为10°,这样 能大幅度减小噪音。

Description

本发明涉及一种转子上带有一组叶片的风力涡轮,每一叶片有一前缘和后缘。
使用风力涡轮的缺点是,在运转过程中,转子、特别是转子叶片产生噪音。
本发明的目的是减小所产生的这种噪音。其目的依赖在每一叶片后缘设置不规则形状来实现。确切地说,每一叶片的后缘做成锯齿状,至少在一部分后缘上具有这种形状。该锯齿形可作成对称或不对称形式。锯齿的顶角最好小于约150°,最佳值为10°。
试验证明,利用以这种方式做成的叶片可大大降低噪音。
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步阐明。
图1是本发明风力涡轮的示意图。

通常,风力涡轮,如发电用的风力涡轮车,包括桅杆1,转子2和一组叶片,在本实施例中有三个叶片3,4和5。从转动方向看,本发明每一叶片的后缘,如叶片3的后缘6做成不规则的。这种不规则可以是不同形状,比如波形和锯齿形。实验表明,锯齿形状无论对称与否,每一锯齿的顶角α大约小于150°,而最好是10°时能最大限度地减小噪音。
当叶片的横截面制成弯曲面时,如图2所示的实施例的锯齿假想平面位于当作吸入边的弯曲面的线上时,能取得最大限度地减小噪音的效果,为实现此目的,用适当的方式在叶片的后缘上设置一锯齿带7。
还可是图3所示的实施例,其中在后钝边缘轻微加工一槽8,锯齿带9固定在凹槽部分,这样使锯齿带与叶片上、下表面轮廓光涡连接。
还可以在叶片上加工齿(图4),或者用图5所示的,将叶片做成管壳状,把锯齿型元件10插入叶片后缘,从而使作为压力边的最小横截面弯曲边也可以平涡地与元件10连接。图6的情况是在绕制叶片的后钝缘上,也可以安装上锯齿状元件11。
根据图4加工齿时会减小弦长。尽管如此,为得到所需的弦长度,理想的是,在所需弦长的80-95%处开始加工锯齿,并在可需弦长的105-120%时结束,其余量则依赖于所选加工面之厚度,用这种方式得到的平均弦长即为所需弦长。

Claims (11)

1、一种风力涡轮,具有一转子,该转子带有一组叶片,每一叶片有一前缘和一后缘,其特征是,后缘为不规则形状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的风力涡轮,其特征是至少在一部分后缘上带有锯齿形状。
3、根据权利要求2所述的风力涡轮,其特征是,叶片在横截面中具有用作吸入边的弯曲部分和与之相比较扁平的另一部分,锯齿平面与通过弯曲部分的假想平面大致处于同一线上。
4、根据权利要求3所述的风力涡轮,其特征在于作成单独元件的锯齿部分固定在叶片上。
5、根据权利要求3所述的风力涡轮,其特征是,锯齿加工在叶片上。
6、根据权利要求5所述的风力涡轮,其特征在于,在叶片上设置特定的弦长时,在该弦长的80-95%处开始加工齿,并在该弦长的105-120%处结束。
7、根据权利要求6所述的风力涡轮,其特征在于,所选择的齿加工点位置部分受叶片厚度的影响。
8、根据权利要求1-7所述的风力涡轮,其特征是,齿的边缘厚度小于4mm。
9、根据权利要求2所述的风力涡轮,其特征是,各齿是不相同的。
10、根据权利要求1所述的风力涡轮,其特征是,其形状为波形。
11、根据权利要求2-10所述的风力涡轮,其特征是,锯齿的顶角α小于150°,最好为10°。
