No point in listing articles from the wall street journal if they cant be read without buying a subscription! Really annoying to see a headline then not be able to read the article because you aren't paying for it.

God this feed is irritating. They want to block it from non subscribers.. that's fine just stop using me to boost their numbers if I'm not allowed to view their content. Please remove their feed or at least allow me to block it.

A few people below asked about finding a replacement for iGoogle. I feel ya, I've been using it as my home since the first month they released it. I've poked around, and not to sound spammy, but give Netvibes a try. It's similar, and so far I've been able to mimic all of my gadgets; even if a couple of them don't look quite as smooth and the search box is irritatingly smaller than iGoogles. Honestly, I just don't get why Google is shuttering it. Oh well, at least we still have over a year before they do.

I specifically remove news from sites like Fox in my google news (to avoid getting distracted by some of the sensationalist articles), this widget, being a google tool and a news summary, should follow those preferences.

Unlike all of my other gadgets, when I click a headline from Technology News in iGoogle, it doesn't open the story in a new tab, but instead just takes me to that story, all the while, exiting iGoogle. The same goes for Health News... This needs to be fixed!!!! Thanks...

I would like the ability to filter out certain publications... for instance your gadget often reports stories from the WSJ which you must subscribe to, to read the whole story. I have no intention of subscribing to the WSJ. I would like therefore, in the settings, to be able to filter out this publication. Thanks

A lot of companies like "International Business Times" have learned how to insert their stories by labeling everything with every tag possible. A filter to block certain sites would be good. It would be nice if users of this gadget could flag a news source and if it hit so many flags be auto-blocked. This would help fellow users watch out for each other and keep the junk articles to a minimum.

This is supposed to be about technology. Why do I get at least one article a day that is not technology related. Also there should be an option of which newspapers to source these stories. Deleted as useless and not very good

Filters would really help. I hate news slots taken up by certain biased sites like "PC World". Would be nice to filter out news based on site or words in a topic.

Had enough and removed this Google gadget which is always placing Apple news ahead of any other worthy tech/sci news. If you expand to see the rest of the news there are tons of other more important stuff than just "Apple,iPad/iPod, Adobe vs Apple" and so on, why can they do rotation of the other news every time you refresh the page?
